António Morgado André elected as external member of the General Council of the University of Algarve. Dr. Ana Jorge, former minister of health, was elected President of the General Council.

“The General Council is responsible for defining the Institution’s development strategy and deciding on all the decisive aspects related to the management of the University, namely the election of the Rector.”
