Protecna was present at the Consignment Note for the Contract to Upgrade the Frederico Ulrich Municipal Neighbourhood – Phase 1, in Loulé.
Having developed the infrastructure and speciality projects, Protecna is delighted that another of its projects has moved into the Execution Phase.
